An Estimated Delivery Date is provided during checkout. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery window. The date is automatically calculated based on total processing time, production schedules, shipping duration, and the delivery address.
Estimated shipping times are based on deliveries within Hungary. Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote areas.
BEST OF BEST – DIAMOND AND GEM is not responsible for delivery delays and shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
Orders are delivered via DHL. Delivery times vary by location. You will receive a notification when your package leaves our facility, along with a tracking number sent to the email address provided with your order.
All packages are insured during transit. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. BEST OF BEST – DIAMOND AND GEM is not liable for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.
If a package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery (e.g. recipient not available), we reserve the right to charge the cost of re-shipping.
If you have not received your tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate it or the tracking status hasn't updated in several days, contact our Customer Service so we can investigate. We will coordinate directly with the shipping provider to resolve the issue quickly and with minimal inconvenience.
Please inspect your package before accepting delivery. If it appears damaged, refuse the package and immediately file a claim with the carrier.
We only deliver to physical residential or business addresses within the European Union.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders addressed to P.O. boxes are not covered by shipping insurance. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or costs arising from using a P.O. box as the delivery address.
For orders being shipped to an address different from the billing address, please ensure that your credit card issuer or payment provider has this alternative address registered to prevent delays in processing.
For security reasons, shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed. If you will not be available at the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team to explore options for holding or rescheduling the shipment.
If your order is being shipped outside of the country, please note that it may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges.
