Return Policy
Return Eligibility:

Return Window: 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition.

Security Tag: Original product tag must be intact and attached.

Packaging: All original packaging, certificates, and promotional items must be included.

Modifications (Jewelry Collection): Items must not be resized or altered by third parties.

Diamonds and Gemstones (Jewelry Collection): Items containing IGI or GIA certified stones are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your account.
Sizing Policy (Jewelry Collection)

One-time Free Resizing: Available within 60 calendar days of receipt for both engraved and non-engraved rings.

Size Range: Resizing is limited to the size range offered on the BEST OF BEST – DIAMOND AND GEM website. We accept modifications only within ±1 size of the original.

Limitations: Resizing does not include changes to ring width or thickness.

Timeframe: Resizing typically takes up to 25 business days from the start of processing, which begins after inspection by our Quality Assurance team.
Jewelry Collection Warranty
We offer a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty on our Jewelry Collection, covering manufacturing defects.
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials.
Exclusions:

Normal wear and tear: e.g. thinning bands, worn prongs.

Chemical exposure: Damage from perfumes, cleaning agents, etc.

Accidental damage or loss: Lost stones or parts due to accident or negligence.

Unauthorized alterations or repairs: Any modification done without our approval voids the warranty.
Fashion Collection Warranty
All Fashion Collection items come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.
Exclusions:

Wear and tear: e.g. scratched lenses, worn soles, faded fabrics, or hardware discoloration on handbags.

Accidental damage: Breakage due to overuse or mishandling (e.g. dropped sunglasses, overstuffed bags).

Chemical exposure: Discoloration or material degradation caused by perfume, detergents, or other substances.

Improper use: Damage from misuse, such as subjecting shoes to extreme conditions or overloading bags.

Lost or stolen items: We do not reimburse lost or stolen products.

Unauthorized repairs or alterations: Any work done by a third party without our consent voids the warranty.
Return Process
Steps:

Return Form: Fill out the return form and select the appropriate reason (withdrawal, warranty, resizing for Jewelry Collection).

Confirmation: After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your return label and a copy of the form.

Packaging: Securely pack your item and include the return form inside the package.

Shipping: Follow the return instructions provided in your confirmation email.

Processing: Our Quality Assurance team will review and process your request within 2–4 business days upon receipt. For resizing or repair requests, the timeframe starts after the inspection. Resizing may take up to 25 business days, depending on the item.
